herein, you must immediately terminate your browsing session and exit the platform.
2. Virtual Currency (Tokens) & Financial Regulations
Stripchat operates an internal virtual token economy designed to facilitate tipping, toy automation,
interactive casino games, and private shows:
- Non-Monetary Asset: Tokens do not constitute real currency, legal tender, or an investment
asset. Tokens represent a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access interactive digital features
on the Platform.
- Finality of Transactions: All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Once tokens are
credited to your account balance or tipped to performers during broadcasts, they cannot be exchanged for cash
or transferred between user accounts.
- Chargeback Zero-Tolerance Policy: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, payment claims, or
chargeback threats will result in immediate and permanent banning of your account, forfeiture of all
associated balances, and referral to international payment fraud networks.
3. Prohibited Conduct and Platform Integrity
Users must strictly respect performers and other community members. The following behaviors constitute an
immediate breach of contract and will result in unconditional account termination:
- Unauthorized Recording and Piracy: Recording, screen-capturing, downloading, ripping,
redistributing, or re-broadcasting any live streams, private shows, or performer photos without explicit,
written authorization from Stripchat and the affected performer.
- Underage Content: Transmitting, requesting, or promoting any material depicting minors.
Stripchat reports all suspicious content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and
federal law enforcement.
- Harassment & Doxxing: Attempting to uncover performers' personal offline identities, home
addresses, phone numbers, or distributing defamatory statements in chat.
- Automated Scraping: Deploying headless browsers, scraping bots, AI scraping tools, or
automated token clickers.
4. Two-Way Cam & Interactive Broadcaster Rights
When participating in private cam-to-cam sessions, performers reserve absolute discretion to accept, reject,
pause, or terminate any private broadcast if a user behaves abusively, violates agreed boundaries, or engages in
illegal activity. No token refunds are awarded for shows terminated due to user misconduct.
5. Limitation of Liability and As-Is Provision
Stripchat is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Stripchat makes no representations or warranties
regarding uninterrupted stream delivery, zero audio latency, or the absolute performance quality of performers'
local Internet connections or hardware. Stripchat disclaims all liability for incidental, indirect, or
consequential damages resulting from platform downtime.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial arbitration standards.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be settled through binding
individual arbitration rather than court proceedings.
